I'd say the most important tonics for me are headhunter, damage research, natural camoflauge, fountain of youth, and cure all. Neptunes' Bounty = 4 Tonics. Compared to any of the other weapons, even the revolver, it's completely obsolete. I'm already at Arcádia. I play on the hardest difficulty, which means running into a Brute or Big Daddy basically means you're going to die. It like makes prices of items a dollar cheaper, man what a huge difference! Best: EVE saver, the freeze ones, armored shell, walking inferno, most of the drill ones, and eve link. But I can't remember a harder difficulty in Bioshock 2.
